If you have workers in both a state that has mandatory sexual harassment prevention training requirements (for example, Illinois or California) as well as other states that do not have such a requirement, you may choose to train everyone to the required minimum standard. This ensures a consistency of message and training timelines, as well as supporting geographically dispersed teams well.

Because while sexual harassment prevention training must be taken annually in Illinois, Continuing Education unit completions are only reviewed during the license renewal process.
